This is what seemed to happen with us. When we had a scan at 32 weeks, there was no sign of the bright area on the scan. I hope it all goes well for you, good luck!! I am just passing by and find your blog. I am so so worried because my 18 week baby is just diagnosed with Hyperechogenic bowel too. I've had my blood sample for tripple test this morning and have to wait for the result. Now I am really scared and don't know what to do but to pray that everything will be ok with my baby.
